Absodan Plus
Absodan Plus reliably and safely binds all types of liquids on solid surfaces. Officially tested and approved for traffic areas, Absodan Plus is particularly effective in areas where close contact with the surface and rapid absorption of the liquid are essential. Its fine grain allows it to absorb liquids even in small cracks and depressions. The surface's slip resistance is maintained even when the Absodan granules are fully saturated. Thanks to the special thermal calcination process, the absorbed liquids remain encapsulated in the porous structure, even when fully saturated. Furthermore, the granules remain hard and can be easily swept up after use. Absodan Plus binds all types of liquids on any solid surface; it is chemically inert, fast-acting, and safe.
Absorbents must be able to be used quickly and safely. Therefore, these products are subjected to rigorous testing by the Materials Testing Institute in Dortmund. The testing standards are very high, as absorbents must be easy and understandable to use, so that in an emergency, the user doesn't have to spend a long time thinking about what to absorb. Valuable time would be lost, and health and the environment could potentially be harmed. Absodan Plus oil absorbent has passed these rigorous material tests. Furthermore, the product from Imerys is subject to the "Requirements for Chemical Absorbents" of the Federal Environment Agency.
