High-performance hydraulic oil

Description

Mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids with effective anti-wear additives as well as additives to increase aging resistance, corrosion protection and foam suppression.

Applications

Hyspin AWS oils are used in highly stressed hydraulic systems where special wear protection is required. The oils are easily filterable. They are also suitable for use in applications requiring lubricants with high oxidation stability and excellent lubrication properties, e.g., in gearboxes, hydraulic torque converters, and for bearing lubrication. The hydraulic oils in the Hyspin AWS series are compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, e.g.,

• Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR*)
• Fluorocarbon rubber (FPM*)
• Polyurethane rubber (AU*EU*)

Hyspin AWS oils meet the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2. They correspond to the classification of hydraulic oils type HM according to ISO 6743/4. The specifications of well-known hydraulic manufacturers are met, such as:

The recommendations of the system manufacturers regarding oil viscosities, filtration and oil change intervals must be observed.
