Description

Castrol Hyspin ZZ products are formulated with high-quality base oils and a carefully selected additive system that meets or exceeds the highest performance standards. These products do not contain zinc-containing components. Castrol Hyspin ZZ products combine excellent lubrication properties with excellent filterability.

Applications

Castrol Hyspin ZZ products are used in highly stressed hydraulic systems that require not only high thermal resistance but also outstanding wear protection properties combined with good filterability, for example, in modern electro-hydraulic control valves with microfilters. The Castrol Hyspin ZZ product range is compatible with elastomer materials (e.g., NBR, FPM) used for static and dynamic seals. They also demonstrate excellent wear protection performance in the FE 8 rolling bearing test.
To maintain the positive performance characteristics, rinse systems thoroughly and filter if necessary before final filling with Castrol Hyspin ZZ.
Mixing with zinc-containing oils should be avoided.
