Mobil Vactra™ Oil No. 3 is a high-quality slideway oil for machine tools with high precision and load-bearing capacity requirements. It was specially developed for vertical and inclined slideways, as well as for applications with high slideway pressures. The oil offers excellent lubrication performance, controlled friction properties, and reliable protection against corrosion – even when in contact with water-miscible cooling lubricants.
Application
Recommended for large machines with vertical or inclined slideways where lubricant runoff must be prevented. Also suitable as a gear oil in machine tools, as well as for ball screws, linear guides, headstocks, and screw jacks.
