MOLYDUVAL Supercut MP 1000 is a high-performance, highly additive cutting oil developed for medium to extremely difficult metal machining applications where high demands are placed on the cooling lubricant.

Areas of application:

  • Heavy-duty machining: Particularly suitable for demanding machining operations.
  • High-alloy and tough steels: Recommended for machining these materials.
  • Austenitic steels, titanium, tantalum compounds, stainless steels, nickel-based alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Colmonoy, Zircaloy, etc.): Especially suitable for machining these demanding materials.
  • Thread cutting: For heavy cutting thread cutting operations.
  • Thread rolling processes: Suitable for thread rolling.
  • Deep hole drilling: Can also be used for deep hole drilling.
  • Tool treatment: For tool treatment during punching, deep drawing and deburring.
  • Forming: For punching and forming special metals, copper and brass.
  • Single machines: Mainly on single machines with medium difficulty levels.
  • Drilling, milling, reaming, grinding: Suitable for these diverse machining processes.

Features and benefits:

  • High performance: Designed to meet the highest demands in metalworking.
  • Good corrosion protection: Protects tools and workpieces from corrosion.
  • Reduces tool wear: Contributes to less tool wear.
  • Chlorine-free: Contains no chlorine-containing additives.
  • High viscosity: Has a higher viscosity.
  • Reduces the risk of built-up edge formation: Minimizes material deposits on the tool cutting edge.
  • Low wear, long tool life: Extends the service life of the tools.
  • Low scrap rates: Helps reduce the number of defective workpieces.
  • Forms lubricating films with low shear strength: Prevents welding of roughness peaks between tool and workpiece at high reaction temperatures.
