Q8 Ravel TX 630 is a short-term corrosion protection fluid with good drainage properties for ferrous pipes, tubes, rods, profiles, sheets, strips, bars, and other mechanical parts. It provides high-quality medium-term corrosion protection, especially during intermediate indoor storage. The product leaves an oily protective film, consistent with the application method. The product is solvent-free and has a high flash point, which minimizes the risk of fire and improves working conditions for operators.

Applications

Q8 Ravel TX 630 is a high-quality indoor protective fluid for the protection of non-ferrous and ferrous components and assemblies where the use of cutting solvents is prohibited due to fire hazards. The product rapidly removes moisture from the metal surface of components such as injectors, pipes, profiles, tubes, strips, sheets, bars, rods, and mechanical parts. It is designed for use in cold, non-deformation finishing. Q8 Ravel TX 630 can be applied by immersion, roller, or spray and leaves a thin oil film. Its water-repelling properties are more effective when the components are immersed in the oil tank. The product can be easily removed with a solvent or alkaline cleaner.

Instructions for use

To keep this product in perfect condition, the barrels should be stored in a building protected from frost and direct sunlight.
