Description: Shell Helix Ultra Professional AP-L 0W-30 is a synthetic engine oil tailored to specific manufacturer requirements. It meets the demanding requirements of certain high-performance engines, particularly those from Peugeot and Citroën, as well as those requiring API SP oils.
Characteristics:
- Fuel efficiency: Passes the ACEA fuel consumption test M111FE (CEC-L-54-T-96) with a fuel saving of at least 2.9%.
- In-house tests at Peugeot: Meets DW10B wear test and passes EP6CDT durability test for GDi engine longevity.
- Engine cleanliness: Passes the DV6C medium-temperature dispersibility test (CEC L-106-16) to evaluate viscosity increase and piston deposits. Passes the VH sludge test (ASTM D8256) to evaluate engine sludge and varnish formation.
Main areas of application: Shell Helix Ultra Professional AP-L 0W-30 is suitable for gasoline and diesel engines and meets the technically demanding Peugeot-B71 2312 specification required in the latest Peugeot vehicles. It is specifically formulated for use in modern diesel engines with diesel particulate filter (DPF) technology and gasoline engines with three-way catalysts (TWC) that must meet Euro 6 regulations.
